1. General

• The website "InnerPo" (hereinafter: "the Site") is operated by "Liba" exempt dealer (hereinafter: "Site Management").
• The Site serves as a business directory and advertising platform dedicated to the Haredi community.
• Use of the Site and purchase of advertising services is subject to the terms detailed below.

2. Site Services

• The Site allows business owners to purchase advertising and promotion packages (Promoted Listings).
• Site Management reserves the right to remove any advertisement that does not conform to the community's character or the Site's terms, at its sole discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law

• As these are digital advertising services ("information" as defined by law), the right of cancellation is limited.
• An advertising package purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the advertisement has not yet gone live on the Site.
• Once the advertisement is displayed on the Site (status "Active"), no refund will be issued, as the service has been fully provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Site Management is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the quality of services provided by businesses listed on the Site.
• The Site is intended for use by the Haredi public in Israel and worldwide.
